AGREEMENT. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of what information may be gathered about you by COLINSWORTH LLC ("we" or "Company") when you visit www.colinsworth.com ("Website"), and its services ("Services"), how such information and other information that you may provide (collectively, "Information") may be used, whether such Information will be disclosed to anyone, and the choices you have regarding use of such Information. Information includes, without limitation, any communications transmitted through or stored on the Website or any Service. Users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information.
