AGREEMENT. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of what information may be gathered about you by COLINSWORTH LLC ("we" or "Company") when you visit www.colinsworth.com ("Website"), and its services ("Services"), how such information and other information that you may provide (collectively, "Information") may be used, whether such Information will be disclosed to anyone, and the choices you have regarding use of such Information. Information includes, without limitation, any communications transmitted through or stored on the Website or any Service. By accessing and using this Website or any Services, you consent to the collection and use of Information by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, as amended from time to time.

INFORMATION COLLECTION. We collect and track Information about you on an aggregate and individual basis and will know and keep track of precisely who you are. We may use such Information to contact you again by e-mail, by regular mail or telephone. We collect personal information in order to fulfill our commitments to buyers and sellers. In order to facilitate a transaction and maintain communication between all parties, we must verify each user's identity by means of analysis of the information collected. User Provided Information. COMMUNICATIONS. Established members will occasionally receive unsolicited information on products, services, special deals, and/or a newsletter in addition to a welcoming email to verify password and username. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we provide you with the option to not receive these types of communications. Users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our order form has an 'opt-out' mechanism so users who buy a product from us, but do not want to receive unsolicited communications, can opt-out of receiving such services. Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletters, special offers, and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying with "unsubscribe" in the subject line in the email or email us at support@colinsworth.com. BUSINESS TRANSITIONS. In the event that the Company undertakes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, the users' personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection they will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES. If we change this Privacy Policy those changes will be posted to the Website so that you will always know what Information is gathered, how it may be used and whether it will be disclosed to anyone. We will use Information in accordance with the Privacy Policy under which the Information was collected.
