By clicking "I Agree" below, YOU AGREE TO:
- SELL YOUR ITEM to our customer via Colinsworth, if Colinsworth is the winning bidder in your auction, on the terms
of your listing and subject to issuance of a Certificate of Authenticity for your item by Colinsworth;
- SHIP YOUR ITEM to Colinsworth for authentication within 5 days of Colinsworth winning your auction and prior to receiving
payment for your item;
- ACCEPT PAYMENT in the amount of the winning bid plus stated shipping and handling fees
if Colinsworth issues a Certificate of Authenticity for your item;
- PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE to Colinsworth if Colinsworth refuses to issue a Certificate of Authenticity for your item.
- RELEASE all winning bidders and Colinsworth from all claims related to your listing and your auction if Colinsworth
refuses to issue a Certificate of Authenticity for your item;
- ABIDE by all of the terms of the User Agreement.
